" I’ve given this Taco Bell a few chances, but it continues to disappoint. The drive-thru took an eternity, and when I finally got my order, they were missing half of it. This has happened more than once. The overall service was rude as well; the employee seemed annoyed when I asked for the missing items. " Just want to shout out how disappointed I am with this Taco Bell! I ordered a nachos bell grande and what I received looked like it had been made a week prior. The cheese was congealed, and the beans were hardly there. Just a sad excuse for a meal. When I complained, the staff shrugged it off, and I didn't feel valued as a customer at all. " I’ve been to this location a few times, and every visit is a gamble. Sometimes the food is decent, but often it’s stale or not made correctly. My last visit was particularly bad; I ordered a Crunchwrap and ended up with just lettuce and cheese. The drive-thru staff can be rude too, like they don’t want to be there.
