" Every time I go to Panda Express, it feels like I'm rolling the dice. Sometimes the food is decent and other times, it feels like I'm eating leftovers. This last visit was the latter. The fried rice was dry and almost burnt, and my Beijing beef was more onion than beef. The staff seems overworked and undertrained, which doesn’t help at all.
