" After hearing raving reviews from friends, I decided to try Sol Verde. Walked up to the food truck and was greeted by the friendly owner, Kat. I ordered the breakfast burrito with bacon and both salsas. The moment I took a bite, I was blown away by the homemade flavors. The crispy bacon paired perfectly with the spicy green chili. It’s hands down the best breakfast burrito I have ever had in the Pacific Northwest! I will definitely be back for more, especially since they change up the specials often.
