" Salute has become our family's go-to place for Italian food in Bend. I've dined here multiple times and consistently have great meals. The handmade pasta is a must-try; it's much better than most places in town. The scallops were also spectacular—perfectly seared and paired with delicious saffron risotto. The only downside is that it's quite small, so reservations are essential, especially for weekends. Otherwise, you might be waiting a while. Overall, an unforgettable dining experience! I particularly enjoyed the chicken marsala, which was tender and savory. My husband had the bolognese and said he could eat it every day! We also greatly appreciated the meticulous service, which made our dining experience even more enjoyable. The only downside was how small the place is, but it adds to the charm.
