" I went to Ivana's after hearing how great it was, and I must admit, the food is delicious; I had the ravioli, which was made in-house and tasted wonderful with a rich sauce. Although the food was indeed tasty - especially the garlic knots which were soft and buttery - the staff seemed overwhelmed, which led to slow service. I had to flag down a server multiple times just to get my drink refilled. The food made up for it to an extent, as my chicken parm was delicious, but I can't overlook the service issues.
