" What a gem! Statistically, I generally steer clear of Vietnamese restaurants in strip malls but Pho Horn's completely changed my mind. The pho dac biet I ordered was heavenly and truly authentic. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the beef was so tender. The prices were reasonable considering the rich flavors and ample portions.
