I understand that it's fast food, but I expect the basics of accurate orders and food temperature. Their drive-through workers need more training because they frequently mix up orders, and it's frustrating to get home only to have the wrong food. " I'm a regular at TacoTime, and mostly I enjoy their clean dining area and the fresh food that’s served. I particularly love their seasonal empanadas. However, I often find the employees to be untrained, which results in some confusion at the register and slow service. It’s hit or miss depending on who you get, and that makes it a bit frustrating since the food itself is so good.
