" I've visited many Chinese restaurants and Rice and Noodle undoubtedly ranks high on my list. I had the wonton soup and fried rice—both were fantastic! The soup was different from what I'm used to, but it had an appealing broth and fresh veggies. The fried rice was rich in flavor, though I wish they added a bit more protein. Besides, the staff was friendly and attentive during my visit, though at times, they seemed a bit overwhelmed. " I was excited to try Rice and Noodle after hearing so much about it. Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t as great as I had hoped. The fried rice was surprisingly bland and lacked seasoning. The spring rolls, however, were delightful! They were crispy, full of fillings, and the sweet sauce complimented them well. The staff was friendly but quite slow. It took longer than expected to get my food, and when I asked for an update, I got the impression they were a little overwhelmed. " My experience at Rice and Noodle was quite the rollercoaster. I ordered some classic chicken balls and fried rice, and while the chicken was crispy, it was largely breading with minimal chicken. I was quite disappointed by that. On the other hand, the fried rice was flavorful and fresh. I went during a busy time, so the wait was a bit long, over 40 minutes, but the staff was friendly and kept me updated. " As a foodie, I'm always searching for genuine and authentic Asian cuisine, and Rice and Noodle was on my radar for a while. So, I finally decided to try it out this past weekend. I went with a few friends and we ordered a smorgasbord of appetizers, including spring rolls and dumplings, followed by some main courses. Let me tell you, I was really impressed by the spring rolls—they were crisp on the outside and bursting with flavor inside. The dumplings, however, were a bit underwhelming and seemed overcooked and soggy. Moving on to the mains, I ordered the beef lo mein, which was decent but could have used more seasoning. Service was fairly quick, but we had a bit of a wait for the main dishes, around 30 minutes.
