" I have to say, my experience at SSAM was quite mixed. The service was excellent, truly attentive and friendly. However, while I found the appetizers delightful, the main course didn't quite live up to my expectations, particularly the rib ramen which lacked some flavor depth. The prices are reasonable considering the quality, but I expected a little more authenticity in the main dishes given the hype.
