" I was quite impressed with the selection and freshness of sushi at Toyo Sushi. The sushi chef was accommodating and modified a roll per my request. The only downside was the wait to get my order, which stretched longer than anticipated during lunchtime. Still, the flavors compensated for the longer wait.
