" Decided to give this Taco Bell another chance, but I regretted it! I walked in to find the dining area dirty, which is a major turn-off. I ordered a few items from the menu and was shocked by how quickly I was handed my food. However, when I got home, I discovered they had omitted my favorite item – the Cheesy Gordita Crunch! The taco I received was filled with cold, stale ingredients, and the meat lacked flavor. I don’t mind fast food, but I expect it to at least taste fresh. " During my last visit to Taco Bell, I had an awful experience. The customer service was downright rude and inattentive. My order was incorrect, as usual, and the staff didn't seem to care at all about fixing it. By the time I finally got my food, it was cold and unappetizing. I ended up going with guacamole instead. When I got my food, the tacos were cold and poorly wrapped, spilling everywhere. To add insult to injury, I discovered they had missed one of my tacos entirely. This Taco Bell needs a serious overhaul in management because good service is a rarity here.
