" I would say The Twisted Olive is average at best. The service was friendly but slow. I had made a reservation, so I expected to be seated promptly, but we had to wait 20 minutes even though there were open tables. The food was decent, but I’ve had better Italian elsewhere. " We celebrated my sister’s birthday here last weekend and it was absolutely perfect! The patio dining with the view of the lake was stunning. The food was fantastic; I highly recommend their chicken salad sandwich, it was fresh and crispy with just the right seasoning. On the other hand, my friend had the walleye and said it was fantastic. Service was decent but we waited quite a bit for our food, which was disappointing.
