" Last Saturday, I visited Fazoli's with my family, and it definitely met our expectations! We were welcomed promptly and seated immediately. The menu had lots of choices, and we ended up ordering a variety of dishes including the spicy penne and baked spaghetti. Both were delicious, but the penne didn't come with the sausage as mentioned on the menu. Despite this, the server was quick to rectify the issue and provided excellent service throughout our visit.
