" Had an awful experience at Elmo's today. I ordered a wrap and it was cold in the middle and burnt outside. Disappointment doesn't begin to cover it. While the soup of the day was decent, it didn’t save the meal. I believe it might have been an off day, but I left feeling unsatisfied.
