" I can't say enough wonderful things about La Cabaña! The authenticity of their food is something I've rarely found in other places. My favorite dish was the pollo asado; it was juicy and bursting with flavor! The staff were kind and made every effort to ensure we had a great dining experience. " After hearing all the hype, my wife and I finally tried La Cabaña. We were seated quickly, which was a relief as we were quite hungry. The food was definitely flavorful; however, the rice was slightly undercooked. Our server forgot to bring out our dessert which we had ordered, but he was friendly and apologetic when we reminded him.
