" New Happy Garden used to be my go-to Chinese restaurant, but my last few experiences have really soured my affection for the place. The chicken in my general tso’s was dry, and the fried rice tasted like it was frozen and reheated. What's worse was the service; the staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested.
