I ordered the dan dan noodles, and they were some of the best I’ve had outside of Sichuan! The broth was rich and spicy with just the right kick; I loved every bite! One downfall was our waiter could have been more attentive, as we had to ask multiple times for the spicy oil that I really wanted. " When looking for Szechuan, it is essential to go where the flavors are! I found my way to Jia and was not disappointed. I had the spicy stir-fried beef and the sweet potato noodles; both dishes were authentic and flavorful. The service, however, was a bit spotty, with our server forgetting one of the sides we ordered.
