" So we went to Ume on a whim as we were driving through and wow, I’m glad we stopped! Not only that the staff were friendly and welcoming, but we found the food to be outstanding! The hibachi chicken was beautifully grilled, and my partner enjoyed the shrimp tempura. Both dishes were flavorful and satisfying without overdoing any of the spices.
