" Last night, I decided to try Top China after hearing wonderful things from friends. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the casual but tidy vibe of the restaurant. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken and steamed dumplings, and boy, was that a good choice! The Kung Pao had just the right amount of spice and the dumplings were fluffy with a great filling.
