" Had a great experience at Spicy House the other night. I loved the ambiance; it’s cozy and inviting. The salt and pepper shrimp was an absolute winner! But, I found the mapo tofu and the spicy hot fish to be too spicy for my taste. Those who prefer milder flavors should ask for a spice adjustment. All in all, great food and nice portions. " Spicy House has become one of my favorite spots for Chinese food! The combination of Sichuan spices brought new flavors to dishes I thought I knew well. I recommend the spicy tofu and garlic cucumbers. The portions are very satisfying for what you pay. However, it filled up quite quickly during peak dinner times, so make sure to arrive early or be prepared to wait a bit for a table. Nevertheless, the staff provided excellent service, and the ambiance was quite pleasant. They were accommodating with our dietary restrictions, which was appreciated.
