" I first visited District Noodle House a while back, but I was excited to try their updated menu. We ordered the special pho and the garlic shrimp noodles. The shrimp was wonderfully cooked, but I felt the pho didn’t live up to the same standard, as it was a bit oily on this occasion. Service was reasonable, though a bit overwhelmed.
