" I was really excited to try EVO, and overall, I wasn't disappointed. The food quality was top-notch, especially the fresh seafood dishes. The ambiance was lively, but we had to remind our server about our appetizers. The prosciutto and melon was delightful and fresh! For my entrée, I ordered the Duck Ravioli, which was incredible, and I finished every last bite. It’s a place that I will happily recommend to friends. If you go, make sure to save room for dessert! " EVO North Scottsdale is a delightful dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the modern decor gave us a warm welcome. We ordered both the Lobster Gnocchi and the traditional Spaghetti Carbonara, and they did not disappoint! The flavors were rich and perfect. Plus, the mixologist created a unique cocktail that paired beautifully with our meal. We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff made it extra special with a complimentary dessert that was divine! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lovely Italian meal. " I had high hopes for EVO based on the reviews but was slightly disappointed. While the atmosphere is modern and inviting, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed overwhelmed and only checked on us sporadically. The food was good, particularly the Margherita pizza, which had a nice, authentic flavor.
