" I recently went to Pho Hot and ordered their famous grilled pork vermicelli and although they were tasty, I found the portion a bit smaller than expected. For the prices charged, I expected a little more on my plate. The restaurant itself is cozy and the decor isn't bad, but the server was noticeably frazzled and not particularly friendly. " We were really excited to try out Pho Hot based on glowing recommendations from friends. I went with the special combo pho and it was a solid choice! The flavors were wonderful, and you could tell the ingredients were fresh. However, the experience was marred by the attitude of the staff. The server didn’t seem willing to assist when we had questions. Once we received our food, it took ages to flag anyone down to get drinks! " Pho Hot has changed considerably over the years. I used to visit here weekly, but recently I have noticed a decline in service quality. On my last visit, the moment we walked in, the front staff seemed overwhelmed and rude. It's like they didn't want us there. The food, however, is still authentic and tasty; the pho broth is excellent! " I've been going to Pho Hot for a couple of years now and while the food is generally good, the service has hit or miss lately. I love their summer rolls, but often I feel rushed while ordering and that can be frustrating. I will say, though, that their pho is always fresh and flavorful. " I had never been to Pho Hot before, but what a treat! The spring rolls were crispy and flavorful, and the pho was well-balanced and full of fresh ingredients.
