" We had a lovely evening at Vista Grande recently. It was busy, which is always a good sign! The ambiance really sets the mood for a fantastic night out. The seafood enchiladas I ordered were quite rich and definitely flavorful, but I felt they could have used a bit more seafood to balance the heavy cheese.
