The decor of the restaurant is simple — it does feel more like a hotel dining area than a true restaurant, but don’t let that fool you. The food is its star. The service was friendly, though they seemed a bit overwhelmed considering how busy it was. Just be prepared to wait a little while, as everything is made fresh to order. " I was totally blown away by the quality of food at Pista Express! The taste was so authentic, resembling my travels to India. I had the Butter Chicken and it was as good as I’ve experienced anywhere, rich and creamy with just the right amount of heat. The mango lassi was also a highlight! In terms of service, there were a few hiccups as the staff seemed busy, but they were polite and friendly.
