" For someone who absolutely adores Indian cuisine, I can confidently say that Pista Express offers what might be some of the best Indian food I’ve ever had. The spices were balanced beautifully in the Lamb Vindaloo, which was tender and flavorful—truly out of this world. I also had the Spinach Pakora as an appetizer, and it was crispy and delightful.
