I started with their famous cheesesteak, which was absolutely soggy and filled with too much cheese—definitely not what I expected. However, when I expressed my concerns to the staff, they were understanding and offered to replace it with a pizza, which turned out to be one of the best I have ever had! The crust was airy and delightful with the right amount of toppings. The customer service turned my initial disappointment into a positive experience.
