" On a whim, I decided to celebrate my birthday at Noble Rice, and it was one of the best decisions ever! The moment we walked in, the staff greeted us warmly, and the service was superb throughout the meal. Every dish we ordered was delicious; special mention goes to the duck breast crostini!
