" Had a wonderful dinner at Mr. Chang's recently. I ordered the garlic shrimp and it was just delightful—full of flavor, and not overly greasy. The egg rolls were equally as good. The service staff was quick and attentive, keeping our drinks full. I will say I felt the price was a bit on the higher side for Chinese takeout but the quality does justify it.
