" Had an awful experience last week. The wait was incredibly long due to what seemed like a lack of staff, despite the restaurant being only half full. We were seated after 30 minutes but waited another 20 for someone to take our order. When the food finally arrived, the rib-eye was far from the medium-rare I asked for, and my wife's meal was missing part of the order. The staff apologized, but we left feeling very disappointed. " Came to Chili's with some friends last Saturday, and we had an overall enjoyable time! Our drinks were strong, and the nachos are absolutely packed with toppings, which was amazing.
