" I’ve been eating at New China for years, and I must say that the food has improved over time! The choices are fresher and better seasoned compared to previous visits. Their honey chicken is my favorite! The downside is that it's sometimes busy, and the wait for fresh food can be a little long during peak hours. " I had high hopes for this restaurant after hearing good things, but my experience was rather disappointing. Though the ambiance was nice and the service friendly, the food was not fresh. The fried rice resembled leftovers and tasted like it was reheated. I even found a piece of chicken that was dry and flavorless. " New China has always been my go-to for Chinese food in the area. The sushi is decent for a buffet, and the fried rice is notably better than other buffets I've been to. However, I do wish there were more items to choose from in the buffet line. Despite this, every time I’ve visited, the food quality remains consistent. I especially like the crab rangoon. I can’t say it’s as authentic as the places I’ve tried in bigger cities, but for a small town, it beats expectations. Definitely recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
