" Just came back from Tsujita, and I am already craving more! The flavors are authentic, and it felt like I was in a ramen shop in Japan. The decoration was cute and fit well with the atmosphere, and my food was out pretty fast. I tried their ebi katsu and my friend got the tsukemen, which we both enjoyed immensely! Even with this being busy, the staff handled it well and made sure we were taken care of. I’m definitely coming back for more! " (*Curated Review*)

" Tsujita has quickly become one of my favorite noodle spots! On my recent visit, I tried the tsukemen, and it was outstanding. The dipping broth was rich and perfectly seasoned, enhancing the cold noodles beautifully. Each ingredient was fresh and well-prepared. The ambiance was lively, with friendly staff who were attentive. My only complaint was how packed it was, which slowed down service a bit. Regardless, the experience was exceptional, and I’ll be back for sure! They have a great selection of appetizers too, which I'm excited to explore next time. " (*Curated Review*)

" What a delightful surprise! I came for the Hololive event and ended up discovering my new favorite ramen spot. The chashu in my ramen was tender, and the overall balance of flavors was fantastic. I appreciate that they offered vegetarian options too! The atmosphere was cute and well-themed for the event, enhancing the overall experience. Only flaw was the timing - my order was a bit delayed, but it was worth the wait. Can't wait to return! " (*Curated Review*)

" I've been on the hunt for authentic ramen in NJ, and I think I've finally found my spot in Tsujita! I ordered the spicy tonkotsu, and the flavors were robust and delightful. The noodles were cooked to perfection, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The only downside was the seating was a bit cramped, but the food made up for it! Will definitely come with friends next time! " (*Curated Review*)

" This is hands down the best ramen I've had on the East Coast! The tonkotsu ramen was the star of the meal, perfectly rich and flavorful. The atmosphere was buzzing but comfy. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful. My only minor complaint was the wait time was slightly longer during the busy hours. Still, this is my new favorite ramen place, and I'll be back for sure!
