" I have been living near Prato's for years, but I had never tried it until recently. I opted for their famous chicken and jojos and a large pizza. The chicken was perfectly pressure-fried, leaving it crispy yet not greasy. The jojos were golden and paired well with the fantastic homemade coleslaw they serve.
