" During our last visit, we found ourselves queuing for a seat which is pretty expected for a popular place. Once seated, we were excited to try a variety of dishes. The bun bo hue was bold in flavor and, while the portion sizes were generous, I felt they could have cut down a bit on the rice noodles to let the flavors of the broth shine through a bit better. The seating was somewhat cramped due to the number of patrons, but the staff were managing the flow quite well. Even with a few hiccups along the way, I find myself looking forward to returning!
