" This Taco Bell used to be one of my favorites, but my most recent visit was disappointing. The staff seemed overworked and stressed, and my order took longer than it should have. When I got my food, I felt like I was given leftovers. The burrito didn’t have much flavor and was more like a wrap than a Taco Bell special. " Taco Bell has become such a disappointment. On my last two visits, I literally got the wrong orders twice in a row. I tried explaining the situation to the manager, but they just shrugged it off and directed me back to the front, ignoring my concerns. I used to enjoy my visits, but this is pushing me to find other places to eat. Their operating hours also seem very inconsistent; sometimes they close earlier than stated. " I've decided to keep my Taco Bell experiences to a minimum after my last few visits. Each time, I've dealt with poor service and hardly-lukewarm food. It's been frustrating, as I would enjoy grabbing a quick bite after work, but every trip feels like a gamble. The staff need better training in customer service; there have been multiple instances where they are more interested in chatting with each other than helping customers. " I've given Taco Bell several chances to impress me, but I'm always left wanting more. The service can be super slow, and I notice that they frequently seem to be out of popular menu items. " I just had to write a review after my dinner at Taco Bell tonight. The line was manageable, and it only took about ten minutes to get to the window. Unfortunately, I realized they forgot my order of cinnamon twists, which I love the most! On the bright side, the staff gave me double the hot sauce to make up for it, which was nice of them. I would be willing to give them another shot during a different time of the week. I think if they can fix their consistency, they could improve their customer experience. " I am a long-time Taco Bell fan, and I stopped by during a road trip. I had high expectations, but unfortunately, they weren't met.
