" My experience at Dragon China was not great. While I ordered the shrimp fried rice, only a few tiny shrimp pieces were found in it despite the constant announcement of their 'freshness.' The service was slow, and the environment felt dirty; I noticed crumbs everywhere. The prices do not reflect the quality of food offered, and it was a waste of my time and money. The fried rice was extremely good, but the service was completely rushed, which detracted from the experience. I would have loved to sit and enjoy the meal instead of feeling like I had to leave after eating. " I am a local who visits Dragon China often. Mostly, I enjoy the General Tso's chicken which has a nice crispy texture, and the fried rice is pretty good. I've never had an issue with portion sizes; I always leave full. However, the customer service has been hit or miss - some days they say 'go ahead' kindly and other days it's brusque. While the portions were generous, I found the sweet and sour chicken to be overly greasy, and the general tso's lacked the depth of flavor I'm used to. I expected more authentic tastes based on the recommendations but it felt quite Americanized. The service staff were direct yet not very welcoming, which added to the off-putting experience.
