" Palermo's has the potential to be a win. The location is casual and pretty family-friendly. The service was quite fast on our last visit, but unfortunately, it seems they are not consistent with their food quality. I appreciated the generous portion sizes, however, my pizza came out missing two toppings I had ordered. It’s not terrible, but I think I’ll explore other options before coming back here again. I left feeling indifferent about the whole experience. " (*Curated Review*)
" My experience at Palermo's was notably frustrating. I had high expectations going in because of its reputation, but I left feeling dissatisfied. The pizza was burnt on one side and cold on the other. It left me with a bad impression of their kitchen staff’s attention to quality. The service was also negligent; our waiter seemed overwhelmed and missed several of our orders. While the outdoor dining was nice, I doubt I will be returning because of the horrible food. " I've visited Palermo's a few times since it opened up, and I must say that it has potential, but there are still many areas that need improvement. The ambiance was pretty relaxing, and it was nice to sit outside on a pleasant day. However, my latest visit was marred by terrible service; it took forever for us to get menus and even longer for our food to arrive. The pasta was overcooked and lacked flavor, not what I expect for a place trying to serve traditional Italian food. It’s a shame because I want to like this place, but I need a better experience next time to consider coming back. " (*Curated Review*)
" On my visit, I found Palermo's to resemble a typical chain rather than a unique Italian bistro. The atmosphere was lively, but I expected authentically prepared dishes. My pizza was filled with overly oily toppings that overshadowed the idea of fresh ingredients. The service was fair but often disconnected. I would rate the experience as mediocre overall. I'm not certain it’s worth another visit given the abundance of great Italian choices in the area. " (*Curated Review*)
" Let me start with the positive—this place has a nice warm vibe, and the decor gives a cozy Italian feel. Unfortunately, that’s where my appreciation ends. The pizza I had tasted like it had been sitting out too long, it was cold and soggy upon arrival. I tried speaking to the staff about it and they were polite but did nothing to correct the issue, instead I was told to wait for the next pie to come out which took an eternity! The lack of concern for a customer experience is disappointing, and I would not recommend it to others. " (*Curated Review*)
" Every time I’ve visited Palermo's, it’s been a different experience. Sometimes the pizza hits the mark, but on my most recent visit, it was a definite miss. It came out cold, which was disappointing after a long wait. Service was friendly, but it didn’t make up for the food quality. The staff seemed overwhelmed even though the restaurant wasn’t too busy during our visit. I wanted to enjoy it and give it another chance, but now I’m hesitant about going back. It has potential, but something needs to change for me to give it another shot. " (*Curated Review*)
" We accidentally stumbled upon Palermo's, and I must say it had that classic Italian charm. The decor was lovely, and the staff was polite, but then came the food—oh boy. I ordered the lasagna, and it was bland, almost as if it was heated up from the frozen section of the grocery store. The pizza was just as disappointing, cold and lacking in flavor. While the atmosphere is inviting, delicious food is key, and I didn’t find it here. I’m not sure if I’d return again, as my meal just left me wanting more. " (*Curated Review*)
