" Palermo's has the potential to be a win. The location is casual and pretty family-friendly. The service was quite fast on our last visit, but unfortunately, it seems they are not consistent with their food quality. I appreciated the generous portion sizes, however, my pizza came out missing two toppings I had ordered. It’s not terrible, but I think I’ll explore other options before coming back here again. " Let me start with the positive—this place has a nice warm vibe, and the decor gives a cozy Italian feel. Unfortunately, that’s where my appreciation ends. The pizza I had tasted like it had been sitting out too long, it was cold and soggy upon arrival. I tried speaking to the staff about it and they were polite but did nothing to correct the issue, instead I was told to wait for the next pie to come out which took an eternity! " Every time I’ve visited Palermo's, it’s been a different experience. Sometimes the pizza hits the mark, but on my most recent visit, it was a definite miss. " We accidentally stumbled upon Palermo's, and I must say it had that classic Italian charm. The decor was lovely, and the staff was polite, but then came the food—oh boy. I ordered the lasagna, and it was bland, almost as if it was heated up from the frozen section of the grocery store. The pizza was just as disappointing, cold and lacking in flavor.
