" As someone who's been to Japan multiple times, I can say that Sapporo does a fantastic job at capturing the essence of authentic ramen. I ordered the Hakata Classic and it was spot-on with flavors. The broth had a rich, deep flavor profile that reminded me of my time in Fukuoka. The gyoza was also excellent, crispy on the outside and juicy inside. " I can confidently say the ramen at Sapporo is the best I’ve had outside of Japan. Perfectly cooked noodles and an excellent tonkotsu broth. You can taste the quality of the ingredients they use.
