" I had high hopes for Wokky's after hearing so much praise, but I was left pretty disappointed. The Kung Pao chicken I ordered was mostly just a pile of vegetables with hardly any chicken at all. The flavor was mediocre, and I expect so much more when it comes to Chinese cuisine. I've traveled extensively, having lived in places where real Chinese food is available, so perhaps my standards are set to a higher level. The service, however, was friendly and attentive. " When friends visit from out of town, I always take them to Wokky's. We tried various dishes like their shrimp lo mein, egg foo young, and sesame chicken. Everything was fantastic! Fresh and delicious, and the portions made it easy to share. The ambiance is casual and not overly fancy, but perfect for a laid-back dinner. The owners really care about what they do, and it shows. " Disappointed is an understatement! I ordered a sesame chicken combo plate expecting something tasty. It turned out to be more like a glob of fried, over-battered chicken with the meal lacking flavor entirely. The rice on the side wasn't much better, dry and unappetizing. " I visited Wokky's with my family last week and we had an enjoyable time! We were seated right away and orders were taken promptly. I really enjoyed the decorative and cozy space. The fried rice was delicious and came in large portions. Although one dish was served lukewarm, the overall experience compensated for it.
