" I genuinely wanted to like this place. The owner is affable and the restaurant has a cozy, inviting atmosphere. However, the food simply does not measure up. My sushi was disjointed and fell apart with one touch, and I tasted some unusual ingredients that do not belong in traditional sushi. I also sampled the teriyaki, which was very basic and uninspiring. The spring rolls, perhaps the worst of all, were poorly executed and didn't seem fresh. " My family and I tried NBsushi & Noodle last weekend, and it was quite a mixed experience. " I popped into NBsushi & Noodle after a day of camping nearby, and I'm so glad I did! The sushi was beyond amazing; it tasted incredibly fresh, and the presentation was stunning. I tried the chef's special roll along with some dumplings and everything was cooked to perfection. Even the sushi rice was flavorful and held its shape well.
