" I just stumbled upon this food truck while driving through Poplar Bluff, and wow, I was pleasantly surprised! The sushi was unbelievably fresh and beautifully presented. The staff was incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. I had the dragon roll and a boba tea, and both were excellent! I can’t believe I haven’t tried this place sooner!
