" Had the worst experience here last week. We had a reservation but still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. After that, our server was lost and seemed overwhelmed. It took another hour for our food to arrive, and it was not even warm! After discussing it with the manager, I felt dismissed as if my concerns were not valid. " Had an absolute feast at Jasmine last night! The special rolls were out of this world. I ordered the 'Solstice' and it did not disappoint. It was colorful and bursting with flavors. I also tried the kung pao chicken; it was spicy but not overwhelming. The staff was so attentive, and the ambiance was cozy, making it a perfect spot for a night out. " I feel compelled to write about my experience at Jasmine. The place has a beautiful decor, but my salad was wilted and the dressing was off. My friend’s sushi rolls, however, were fantastic! They raved about how fresh the fish was. I think I will come back to try more sushi and leave out the salads. The service was pleasant and they did offer to replace my dish, which I appreciated. " I am very picky when it comes to Chinese and sushi restaurants, and Jasmine did not pass my test. I ordered a variety of sushi rolls and found them to be either flavorless or too salty. The Chinese food we tried was slightly better but not by much. It just seemed like a place that was trying to cater more to American tastes instead of keeping it authentic. I might pass next time.
