" Nice little spot for authentic Greek food! I visited while passing through Nanaimo and found Asteras. The grape leaves were delicious and fresh. My friend got the chicken, which was cooked to perfection. The only downside was the wait time, as the restaurant was quite busy, but the staff were friendly and kept us updated. " Just had an excellent experience. The food was authentic and very flavorful. The lamb was tender and not too greasy, which is something I often find in Greek restaurants. The atmosphere was lively but not overwhelmingly noisy, which was nice. I loved the decor as well - very Greek! The staff was friendly too.
