" Last week, I visited Roma for the first time, and I ordered the shrimp Alfredo. It was delicious! The sauce was rich and paired perfectly with the perfectly cooked pasta. I also tried their garlic knots, which were irresistible; I probably could’ve eaten only those! I was blown away by the pleasant atmosphere. They have definitely created a relaxing space with soft music playing in the background. I will definitely be going back for more! " (*Curated Review*)
" I don't understand the hype around Roma. I went in geared up for some 'authentic' pizza, but it was just average. The crust was decent, but the toppings left me wanting. The cannoli was stale, and my husband’s lasagna was bland. Customer service was attentive, which is the only thing preventing this review from being lower. I might give it another shot because I’ve heard good things, but my first visit was a letdown. " (*Curated Review*)
" I’ve been here a couple of times and each visit has been a mixed bag. The ambiance is casual and relaxed, but once I had a pizza that was undercooked, while on another visit the chicken Alfredo was delightful. Their specials are hit or miss. If you're looking for a reliable dining experience, it seems that weekday visits might yield better results than weekends. " (*Curated Review*)
" The first time I went to Roma’s, I was blown away by how tasty the food was. I enjoyed the baked ziti and it was not only fantastic but also a large serving. A couple weeks later, I tried the chicken Marsala. Sadly, that was a different story; the chicken was overcooked and the sauce was lackluster. I think they definitely have the authentic vibes cooking, but consistency might be an issue as they grow. " (*Curated Review*)
" I visited Roma Pizza Pasta & Subs on a busy Friday night and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere felt energetic but not overcrowded, and the service was prompt. I ordered the garlic knots and a classic pepperoni pizza, both of which were flavorful and had an authentic New York slice experience. The pizza crust was crispy and the cheese was perfectly melted. I appreciated that the portions were generous for the price. Definitely making this my go-to pizza spot! " (*Curated Review*)
" A friend took me to Roma about a month ago, and I fell in love with the service! The staff is genuinely nice and always willing to make recommendations. I had the fettuccine Alfredo, and it was perfect—rich, creamy, and just the right amount of seasonings. The portion sizes were excellent given the price. However, during my second visit, my experience wasn’t as good; my pasta was undercooked. I'll still return because I believe they're still refining their menu. " (*Curated Review*)
" I had high expectations for Roma really due to all the buzz. I went on a weekend with my family and while I can say the ambiance felt welcoming, the food underwhelmed me. My chicken Alfredo was creamy, but it lacked seasoning and depth. The pizza was just okay, and the calzone had excessive breading, giving me an impression that the dough could've been cooked longer for a better texture. Service was efficient but nothing about the food struck me as authentic or special. I'll give it another shot but my first impression left me a bit disappointed. " (*Curated Review*)
