" What a rollercoaster of an experience! We visited Benihana on a weekend, and while the food was solid, the wait was unbearable. We arrived at our reservation time but sat for almost 45 minutes before seeing our chef. When he finally came, he was engaging and fun, but we were just too hungry and annoyed by then. We had to wait over an hour for our chef to finally come to our table, and when he did, he seemed rushed. The overall service could use improvement as the staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. It's hard to justify the cost of the meal considering the lack of attention and the wait time.
