" If I could give this place more stars, I would! The flavors at Huwon are incredible, and you can tell they put in a lot of love into the recipes. I particularly loved the kimchi, which is the best I’ve had outside of Korea. The service was really friendly, though a bit scattered. " I had dinner at Huwon recently and it was a delightful experience. The food reminded me of my time in Korea—authentic and full of flavor. We tried a variety of dishes and everything was delicious, especially the kimchi pancakes. The owners were so friendly and even took the time to explain some dishes to us. The only thing that disappointed me was the atmosphere of the place, which seemed a bit run down. It would be great if they could spruce it up a bit to make it more inviting. " This is my second visit, and I have not been disappointed yet! The food is consistently good, and the staff has been friendly both times. We had the seafood pancake, which was so crispy and packed with flavor. It’s also nice that they have vegetarian options. The portions are massive—just plan on sharing! " Let me tell you, if you're looking for a true Korean culinary experience in Puebla, Huwon is the place to go! Not only is the food decently priced, but the portions are massive. I ordered the spicy pork belly and it was divine! The staff was very attentive, although there was a bit of a language barrier since some of them only seemed to speak Korean.
