" I’ve been to many Korean-Chinese places, but Hsiang Yuen is something special. The jjampong is packed with seafood and the broth is very flavorful! I loved how they serve it with traditional sides like kimchi. The prices are reasonable for the portions served. My only downside was the atmosphere; it’s quite basic with little decor. But if you want great comfort food, this is the spot! " (*Curated Review*)
" Expectations were high for Hsiang Yuen after hearing so much about it. The food was indeed delicious; the flavor profile is genuine, standing out among other nearby options. The only downside was the small atmosphere but nobody comes here for the decor; it’s all about the food. I will definitely be back for more! " (*Curated Review*)
" Came here based on recommendations. Their black bean noodles are as genuine as it gets! It takes me back to my childhood with every bite. The portions are generous, and I left satisfied. Although the atmosphere is rather simple, I truly enjoyed my time here and will be back for sure! " (*Curated Review*)
" It was my first time at Hsiang Yuen and I came for the jjamppong. It exceeded my expectations with lots of seafood and a spicy kick that I loved! The portion size was great, and it was nice they gave a complimentary salad with my meal. I’m looking forward to returning and trying more of the menu. " (*Curated Review*)
" I’ve been to a lot of Korean-Chinese restaurants, and Hsiang Yuen is considered one of the better ones. The food is authentic and has a homemade feel to it. I recommend the sweet and sour pork; it's a staple! The only downside for me was the space; it's small and can get crowded quickly, but it’s worth the wait! " (*Curated Review*)
" I've been searching for an authentic Korean-Chinese restaurant and finally stumbled upon Hsiang Yuen! The Jajangmyeon is incredible, with thick, savory black bean sauce. The portion was generous, making it great value for money. The service was quick, but I felt a bit rushed. Overall, highly recommend! " (*Curated Review*)
" This was my first visit, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. While the dishes I tried were decent, they lacked the depth of flavor I was hoping for. The Jajangmyeon was just okay, and the service, while friendly, was quite slow. I left feeling a bit unsatisfied. Maybe I’ll return to give it another chance, but I was hoping for a better first impression. " (*Curated Review*)
