" As an Italian from New York, I have very high standards for pizza. NY Joe's did not disappoint! The crust was perfectly thin, and the cheese was of excellent quality. The margherita pizza reminded me of home; I really appreciated the fresh tomatoes and basil on top. I also had the garlic knots, which were fluffy and delicious. Colby, the owner, made us feel like family and shared some stories about the ingredients. It’s evident that he cares about the food he serves.
