We were informed that the wait for a table might be hefty, but we gladly opted for the bar and ordered a few drinks while we waited. We sampled a variety of appetizers, but the trend kept leading back to the spring rolls which had a perfect crunch and flavor. When we finally sat down, we chose the house special fried rice and the crispy duck. To say that both dishes were generous in terms of portions would be an understatement. As someone that's a stickler for authenticity, I can confidently say that the dishes had a 'homemade' essence to them that many modern Chinese restaurants have lost. I particularly enjoy their dim sum and thee dumplings; they’re handmade and always taste fresh. My only complaint is that it gets so busy during the weekend, so if you plan on dining in, I would recommend making a reservation.
