" Thinking of visiting Railside Bowl again? Think again! Just a few days ago, I thought it might have improved since the last time, but my feelings were dashed as soon as I walked in. It was dark and dingy, and the only enlightening experience was how quickly we found ourselves being ignored by the single staff member constantly occupied. I was trying to find a spot for a group event and was promised staff would be helping, but I encountered negligence and disinterest instead. The staff act as if they're somehow too good for the customers; it is infuriating! Even the lanes were malfunctioning, which just added to our frustration. " Whoever thought it was a good idea to operate this bowling alley under current conditions must be out of their mind! The vibe is terrible, and the management seems completely absent. Upon arriving for a weekend family outing, we found ourselves waiting an extended period just to be assigned a lane that looked like it hadn't been used in ages. The shoes were old and smelly! " I honestly don’t understand how Railside Bowl has managed to stay in business with the level of service they provide. The employees act as if they are overwhelmed, and as a result, they do not treat customers with the respect they deserve. I was part of a birthday celebration that resonated poorly because of the lack of attention and basic amenities not being provided during our time there. I left feeling frustrated and disheartened. " Had an unfortunate visit to Railside Bowl recently. The conditions were pretty appalling, with broken machines that robbed us of our game time. Each attempt to approach the front desk for assistance was met with disinterest from staff. Although the market is competitive for entertainment, you'd think they'd put some effort into improving their customer service! It is evident that they are not invested in our experience. " I was hopeful after hearing that some friends enjoyed glow bowling here, but my experience was far less positive. The prices seemed inflated for what we got, and it was almost impossible to get a server’s attention. Sometimes we felt like we could've walked to the Pizza Hut just to get someone to check on our drinks.
